In May 2007, we became one of Beloit's first fair trade retailers offering a wide variety of items produced mainly by women artisans. The term "fair trade" is a term used to describe a socially responsible movement which demands that farmers and artisans receive fair prices for their products and that no child labor is used in the production of their products.
